WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouses and will do everything to get you your order as fast as they can! The estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 business days for your order to arrive after shipping.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim for a refund post 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items, shipping charges and gift cards

Cancellation

To reduce unnecessary shipping costs we allow cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order cannot be canceled.

Refund will be accepted in case of:-

• Canceled order within 24 hours of placing an order.
• Damaged/Defective product received (within 15 days of delivery)
• Wrong product sent. (within 15 days of delivery)

For the refund process, you’ll need -

• Order number (Looks like #CG1001).
• Mobile Number / Email Id used for placing your order.
• Picture of the damaged item.

If your refund is accepted, it will be processed in 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please also remember that in case of a full refund a fee of 8% will be deducted to cover the transaction fee and administration cost
