We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim for a refund post 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items, shipping charges and gift cards
To reduce unnecessary shipping costs we allow cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order cannot be canceled.
Refund will be accepted in case of:-
- Canceled order within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Damaged/Defective product received (within 15 days of delivery)
- Wrong product sent. (within 15 days of delivery)
For the refund process, you’ll need -
- Order number (Looks like #CG1001).
- Mobile Number / Email Id used for placing your order.
- Picture of the damaged item.
To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the above-required details
If your refund is accepted, it will be processed in 7 business days to the original payment method.
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please also remember that in case of a full refund a fee of 8% will be deducted to cover the transaction fee and administration cost
