Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
To reduce unnecessary shipping costs we allow cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order cannot be canceled.
Refund will be accepted in case of:-
- Canceled order within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Damaged/Defective product when received.
- Wrong product sent.
For the refund process, you’ll need -
- Order number (Looks like #CG1001).
- Mobile Number / Email Id used for placing your order.
- Picture of the damaged item.

If your refund is accepted, it will be processed in 3 business days in the form of a Gift Card which can be used on your next order.
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in 3 business days in the form of a Gift Card which can be used on your next order.
Please also remember that in case of a full refund a fee of 8% will be deducted to cover the transaction fee and administration cost
